Description
In modern high energy physics experiments one has to process terabytes of data at 10 MHz input rates. Therefore, keeping the same quality of event reconstruction the algorithms for event reconstruction have to be speeded up significantly in order to be used on-line. The most widely used methods for event reconstruction are presented and special features of their implementation are discussed.
