The eighth joint meeting of the HEPiX and HEPNT groups was held at NIKHEF, Amsterdam, from 19th to 23rd May 2003. The first three days of the meeting focussed on general HEP UNIX and Windows computing issues. The last one and a half days were devoted to the third Large Scale Cluster Computing Workshop.
